Studying business and finance as an undergraduate at the University of Georgia sparked our interest in successful money management, financial reorganization, and bankruptcy law. Shortly after graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude, in 1994, We started working for two years with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Augusta Division as a law clerk. Since completing this clerkship, We have been helping business and individuals who have run into financial difficulties find a new financial beginning.
Currently, We are a partners in the law firm of Shepard, Plunkett, Hamilton, & Boudreaux, LLP. To continue providing the best possible services to our business and individual clients, We have obtained certifications as a business and consumer bankruptcy law specialist and continue to stay on the cutting edge of evolving legal precedents through continuing legal education, both by attending regular continuing education and by speaking at seminars to assist other attorneys in their practices. We are the only attorney in Augusta and the entire CSRA who is certified both as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist and a Consumer Bankruptcy Law Specialist.
